Amended Annual Report for year ended 30 June 2011

Attached is an amended Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2011. The Auditor' report issued by Ernst & Young on page 44 of the previously released Annual Report incorrectly referred to just Michael Hill International Limited and not to Michael Hill International Limited and the group companies. This has been corrected.
